With Helix TV, you’re just a few quick and easy steps away from a ton of movies and live sports games on the Indigo channels.
Ordering pay per view content
- To find pay per view content, open the TV Listings to browse the pay per view content available on Indigo channels. You can also search for a specific event with voice command or manually.
- Select the content you want, then select Order or Preorder.
- Confirm the price and the order (or preorder). A transaction confirmation will appear.
Pay per view content can be offered up to 30 days before the scheduled airing date. That’s why some of them are available for preorder.
Where to find content you ordered
The movies and sports games you’ve ordered can be found on all your home Helix TV terminals.
- Press the HELIX button on your voice remote and select Saved.
- Under the Purchases tab, select the content you want to watch.
Make sure you don’t forget to watch the pay per view content you ordered by setting up reminder that will appear on your screen at the time of the live broadcast. You can then start watching, repeat the alarm or ignore the reminder.
Good to know
To block your children’s access to adult pay per view content, the Parental Control settings must be set up for each device accessing Helix TV. Make sure they are set to Medium Safety so that titles and images of adult content are not displayed in the TV Listings.
To avoid unexpected purchases of pay per view content, you can also create a Purchase PIN that will be required to order paid content.
How to cancel an order before its broadcast
You have until the scheduled broadcast time to cancel the order for pay per view content. Once the broadcast has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Press the HELIX button on your voice remote and select Saved.
- Under the Purchases tab, select the content you want to cancel.
- Choose Cancel Order and press the middle button. A confirmation message will appear.

With the Helix TV terminal, the rental period varies depending on the Indigo content:
- Events: 48 hours
- Regular movies: 48 hours
- Adult movies: feature film (18 hours), short film (6 hours)
You have until 21 minutes before the end of the event to order it.
Yes. You can rewind, fast-forward, or stop the broadcast of your fight. You also have a rental period of 48 hours starting from the beginning of the fight’s broadcast.
No. Orders are terminal specific. If you place the same order on two terminals, you will be charged twice.
Yes. If you don’t cancel ordered content within 15 minutes of its start time or 2 minutes after it starts, the majority of TV service providers will charge you, and that charge will appear on your monthly invoice.
