With your Videotron TV service, you’re just a few quick and easy steps away from a ton of movies and live sports games on the Indigo and Pay Per View channels.
How to order pay per view content
À la carte TV programs and movies are available on Indigo channels 301 to 305 (illico SD) and from channel 750 for high definition (HD).
On illico TV New Generation
- On your terminal remote control, press the GUIDE button, then select in the TV guide the channel of the TV program or movie you want.
- Select a time slot and scroll through the movies broadcast at this time.
- Choose a title and press OK/SELECT.
- Press ORDER to access the content and enter your PIN. If you don’t have a PIN, a screen will appear allowing you to create an administrator PIN.
- If the content is not available, select See other broadcasts for a list of later screenings.
- In the TV guide, the ordered content will be highlighted in green. This means that a reminder will be displayed a few minutes before the start of the show or movie.
The event will begin broadcasting at the selected time.
Please note that you can order an event up to 7 days before broadcast time and several minutes after it has begun. The end of the purchase period will always depend on the time the event is scheduled to conclude.
For a movie, the order period is up to 4 hours before, and 15 minutes after, broadcast time.
On illico TV First Generation
- On your terminal remote control, press the GUIDE button, then select in the TV guide the channel of the TV program or movie you want to order.
- Select the time of the TV program or movie and press the SELECT button on the remote control.
- Select the Buy PPV TV Program or Buy PPV Movie option and then press the SELECT button again.
- To proceed with the order, press the blue square B button.
- Enter your PIN to confirm your order. By default, your PIN is 0000.
- A ($) symbol will be displayed in the upper left corner of the movie description box. It means that you’ve ordered this movie.
Where to find content you ordered
On illico TV New Generation
- From the TV Listings, select an Indigo or Pay-per-view channel.
- Press the OK/SELECT button.
- Press the green diamond D.
- Select My PPV Orders.
On illico TV First Generation
- Press the Settings button twice on your remote to access the General Settings menu.
- Using the arrows, select PPV: Orders.
- Enter your order PIN.
- Go to Pending to view shows that haven’t been broadcast yet or Ordered to view shows whose broadcast has begun.
How to cancel an order before its scheduled broadcast time
Rentals ordered through a pay-per-view channel can be cancelled up to 2 minutes after the start of a movie and up to 15 minutes after the start of an event.
Movie refers to all genres of content including adult content. Event refers to special features, such as sporting events and shows.
On illico TV New Generation
- Select in the TV Listings the channel broadcasting the movie or event in question.
- Select INFO, then Cancel order.
On illico TV First Generation
- Press the Settings button twice, which brings you to the General Settings menu, then select PPV: Purchases.
- Enter your PIN and select the Pending button.
- If the cancellation period has not yet expired, the title of your rental will appear and all that’s left to do is select the title and cancel your order.
Good to know
Make sure you never forget to watch the à la carte content you ordered by setting up reminders that will appear on your screen during the live broadcast. You can choose to start watching, repeat the alarm or ignore the reminder.

Yes. When Parental Control is activated, you can still order restricted content by entering the administrator PIN (or parental control PIN). Entering the order PIN only allows access to content permitted by parental control.

Yes. The option to cancel a rental is no longer valid the moment the cancellation period has expired. Please note that the cancellation period does not begin the moment an order is placed, but rather the moment the broadcast begins.
Depending on the event, you have from one hour to two hours after the start of the event.
No. Pay-per-view television is designed to broadcast entertainment right from the moment you place your order. So when you order an event that’s live, you start watching it from the second your order is processed, in real time—you can’t go backwards.
No. Orders are terminal specific. If you place the same order on two terminals, you will be charged twice.
Yes. If you don’t cancel ordered content within 15 minutes of its start time (for an event) or 2 minutes after it starts (for a movie, the majority of TV service providers will charge you, and that charge will appear on your monthly invoice.
