Price for life
The “price for life” promise means that the base rate (before any discounts or credits) of your Residential Mobile plans will not increase during the course of the subscription. It applies to all Residential Mobile plans marketed by Videotron with the mention “price for life.” The promise applies only to the base rate of the Mobile plan, and not to other charges, such as add-ons, Mobile activation fees, 911 emergency service fees, federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, overage fees, roaming fees, and any other out-of-plans rates and additional fees. It is valid as long as the customer maintains their subscription to the Mobile plan, and is non-transferable.
5G et 5G+
5G and 5G+ technologies are accessible on compatible devices, where a connection to the 5G or 5G+ network is possible. 5G and 5G+ coverage, product features, and performance may vary and are subject to network availability and connectivity, as well as various factors such as the plan, the device used, and environmental conditions. Outside 5G and 5G+ areas, compatible devices will continue to have access to LTE speeds, according to the available coverage. Multiservice discount
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to an eligible Mobile plan and Internet service. The offer entails a monthly discount of $10 per line upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly service rate between $45 and $59 (before any discount or credit); $15 upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly service rate between $60 and $79 (before any discount or credit); or $20 upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $80 (before any discount or credit). Multiline discount
Multiline discounts are conditional upon customer subscribing to at least two (2) Mobile plans with data. A monthly discount of $5 per Line applies to all Lines with data associated with the account, for a maximum of seven (7) Lines. Take-back Credit
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron customers who purchase a device, with the Take-back Credit option, when the purchase is combined with a subscription to a Mobile plan, with a 24-month agreement. The minimum monthly payment varies depending on the device purchased. The purchase of the device is available with the Videotron Simplified Payment option upon subscription to an eligible Mobile plan, as well as the Videotron Take-back Credit. The Videotron Take-back Credit entails a monthly credit for 24 months, the amount of which varies according to the device model, conditional upon device being returned to a Videotron store, in good condition, within the 30 days following the end of the 24-month agreement. The conditions, requirements to be met, and preparation for an acceptable return are available here. Two monthly payments related to the purchase of the device will be applied to the first invoice. If the agreement is cancelled before the end of the 24-month period, the remaining device-related payments shall be borne by the customer, and if the device is discounted, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discounted device multiplied by the number of months remaining, including applicable taxes, will apply. If the customer does not return the device purchased with the Take-back Credit, the entirety of the credit granted shall be paid back.
