Helix billing and services are managed in My Account, which is different than the Customer Centre. When you subscribe to Helix and create your Helix account, the username and password you choose will become your unique identifier and replace your Customer Centre login info.
Use this unique identifier to log in to My Account, Helix apps or the Customer Centre to manage your other Videotron services.
How do I link My Helix Account to the Customer Centre?
If you subscribe to Helix services online on your own, use your Customer Centre login info to create your Helix account and then link it to your Customer Centre account.
- Authenticate yourself by entering your Customer Centre username and password, then click Sign In.
WARNING : Make sure there are no mistakes when you enter your Customer Centre login info so that the accounts can link properly.
- Check your personal information, add anything that’s missing and click Next.
- Select your login email address, password and secret word, and click Next.
WARNING : The email address and password will become your unique identifier.
I can’t log in with my unique identifier
Are you trying to log in to the Customer Centre with your new unique identifier, but it’s not working? The Customer Centre and Helix accounts may have failed to link due to technical issues.
If this happens, keep using your old login info to log in to the Customer Centre and use your unique identifier to log in to My Account.
