Choosing a preauthorized payment method

With preauthorized payment, the amount owed on your invoice is automatically withdrawn from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the same date each month.

There's no longer any risk of you forgetting to pay your invoice and incurring late payment fees for no reason.

You can set up preauthorized payment in the Customer Centre and the User Centre + app.

In the Customer Centre:

1. Log in to your Customer Centre.
2. In the Account and Invoice section, under Your Invoice, select Register for Preauthorized Payments.
3. Enter your banking or credit card information.

On the User Centre + app:

1. On the app’s home screen, tap My Invoice.
2. Select Register for Preauthorized Payment.
3. Enter your banking or credit card information.

If you have a new bank or credit card number, it’s important to update the information in your account immediately to avoid your payments being disrupted.

In the Customer Centre:

1. Log in to your Customer Centre.
2. In the Account and Invoice section, under Your Invoice, select Change Preauthorized Payments.
3. Enter your new banking or credit card information.

On the User Centre + app:

1. Select My Invoice on the home screen.
2. In the Preauthorized Payment section, select Change.
3. Enter your new banking or credit card information.
