Can I shop online for my new device?

You will then be prompted to choose an eligible Mobile plan. You can keep your current plan if it meets the minimum monthly payment requirement, or choose a new plan.
A representative will call you as soon as possible during our business hours to confirm your selection, make sure you have the best offers, and complete the order with you.
Is there a fee if I change phones?
You may be charged a fee if you change your device before the end of your agreement period, if applicable. Check your device balance and cancellation fee in the Device information section of the Customer Centre.

Choose your new device online and submit your order. A representative will call you back. They’ll answer all your questions and complete the order with you if you’re happy with the conditions.

Can I change my device but keep the same Mobile plan?
Yes, you can keep your Mobile plan. However, we encourage you to check out our new plans, which may be a better deal or work better for you. Check out our Mobile plans.
NOTE : Some payment options and discounts are only available when paired with a Mobile plan equal to or higher than a certain rate. To take advantage of these offers, you may need to update your Mobile plan.
Do I have to return my current device if I buy a new one?

You must return your current device before purchasing a new one. If you do not return the device, the credit allocated at the start of the agreement will be billed to you. Visit one of our stores to return your device and purchase another one.
I bought my current device without the Take-back Credit
You are free to dispose of your device as you see fit. That said, depending on the model and the condition of your device, you could return it to us for a credit toward your new phone. Learn more about the Trade-in Credit.
To see if you purchased your device with the Take-back Credit, check your invoice. There will be a line indicating Take-back Credit, if applicable.
