Check your most recent invoice to see if there is a Simplified Payment Option line under the taxes. If there is, consult the Simplified Payment Option section at the end of your invoice to see the balance of your device payment.
You would be charged the full balance on the next invoice after you deactivate the device should you wish to activate a different one.
If you do not have the Simplified Payment Option, you may still have a discount on your device. To verify, contact our Customer Service.
We recommend that you verify the terms of your agreement with your current provider using your invoices or your online account. Keep an eye out for possible monthly savings when activating a Mobile plan with Videotron or for purchase credits that could cover all or part of the penalty fees, if you have any.
When you purchase a new cell phone, Videotron offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee that allows you to return or exchange your phone if you are not satisfied. Certain conditions apply.

How much data (GB) do you need?
All our Mobile plans include unlimited calls and texts. What differentiates them and what influences their price is mainly the amount of data (GB) included and the territory covered (Canada only or Canada and the United States).
Already have a mobile device?
From the User Centre + on your phone or the Customer Centre on your computer, check your usage over the last few months to get an idea of your mobile data needs.
If you are not a Videotron customer, check if your usage information is available on your provider’s account management platform.
New user?
If you don’t know how much mobile data is necessary to meet your needs, ask yourself the following questions:
If so, using your cell phone requires Internet. If you are not connected to a Wi-Fi network when using it, mobile data is required.
If you’re on the go a lot, your mobile data is often stretched when you use apps that require an Internet connection. Make sure you have enough mobile data or are connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Watching video content uses a lot of mobile data. For example, one hour of HD viewing can use up to 2 GB. If you often watch video content outside a Wi-Fi network, make sure you have enough data to cover your usage.
