My Customer Centre account is blocked
If you try to log in several times with the wrong login info, your account automatically gets blocked. We block Customer Centre accounts after five unsuccessful login attempts. This helps us protect your personal information in case of fraud.
If access to your Customer Centre has been blocked, you must reset your password from the page you are redirected to.
Consider activating your browser’s “Remember me” feature. Your password will be saved. You won’t need to enter your username and password every time you log in.
