I can’t log in to the Customer Centre
If you try to log in several times with the wrong login info, your account automatically gets blocked. We block Customer Centre accounts after five unsuccessful login attempts. This helps us protect your personal information in case of fraud.
What should I do ? Reset your password from the page you were redirected to.
Use your browser’s “Remember Me” feature. Your password will get saved. You won’t need to enter your username and password every time you log in.
I’m not the primary account holder
Primary account holders can unlock the accounts of secondary users. Contact your primary account holder to unlock your account.
I’ve suspended my subscription for a time
