How can I manage my Mobile service if I move?

If you are planning on moving, don’t forget to let us know, even if all you use is the Videotron Mobile Service. This will allow us to update your profile and send your invoices to the right address and prevent you from incurring potential fees for usage not included in your plan.

To let us know about your change of address, contact Customer Service.  

You don’t have to change your mobile number when you move, but you should if you’re moving outside of your usual local calling area and you want to avoid long-distance or roaming charges.

Note that no fees apply if the number change is due to a change in coverage area. However, if the number change is at your request, a fee will apply.
