What is the unique identifier?
The unique identifier is a single username and password that will give you access to all your online services in the Customer Centre and WebMail.
In your Customer Centre user profile, you can choose to use a unique identifier and link it to all your accounts to simplify your life.
Good to know
If you subscribe to Helix services, you will have to choose a username and password that will become your unique identifier and replace your Customer Centre login info. You will use this unique identifier to log in to My Account, Helix apps and the Customer Centre.

Linking your Customer Centre and WebMail accounts
Videotron lets you to link your Customer Centre and WebMail accounts to make it easier to manage them.
This way, when you sign in to your Customer Centre and it is linked to your WebMail, you can switch to WebMail without having to sign in again.
How to sign up for a unique identifier
To sign up for a unique identifier and enjoy having a single username and password for the Customer Centre and WebMail, you have to link your accounts.
Let’s get started:
- Sign in to the Customer Centre.
- In the Account and Billing section, under Your Account, go to Edit Profile.
- Under Your Preferences, select Videotron Email Login Info and click Edit.
- Check the I wish to use the Customer Centre Login Info to link your accounts and click Save.
