From the My Account home page, quickly access your contract by selecting the grey tile View My Contract, located just below the first section related to your billing.
Your Helix contract: Crystal clear!
Your contract is divided into three sections:
- A Summary that covers the basics of your subscribed services, along with their features and fees
- Part 1 — Your agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of your subscribed services, as well as your discounts
- Part 2, which covers generic clauses
Good to know
Your contract is personalized. It only contains the sections that are relevant to you.
Description of each section:
Customer and Videotron contact information
Your contact information and account number appear in the header. Videotron’s contact information is provided as well, including the Customer Service number.
Your contract number
This section has your contract number and your Videotron representative’s reference number.
Summary of your services and promotions
Here you will find all your services, charges and promotions (including end dates).
Good to know
For the sake of simplicity, your TV services and products are now listed under “Entertainment.”
This section covers the discounts you get for having multiple services or products with us. The last column gives you the total monthly cost of the previous section, minus the discount.
This section covers one-time fees, meaning those that are only charged once.
This section provides information on your monthly payment plan for all equipment purchased on a payment plan when the contract was first issued.
This table provides detailed descriptions of all your services, along with their associated terms and conditions, monthly fees and overage charges. Services are listed in the following order:
- Basic plan
- TV package
- Included services (if any)
- Specialty channels included in the TV package (in alphabetical order)
- À la carte channels (if any)
Your Helix services and promotions can be found in the Summary of your services and promotions section.
This is your current monthly payment before discounts.
Previously purchased equipment
The table in this section shows you all equipment previously purchased in a single payment or on a payment plan.
Your protection plans and warranties
This section has information on extended warranties and the Mobile Device Protection Program.
Your communication services contract
Part 1 – Your agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the Videotron services to which you are subscribed.

Your Internet, Home phone and Mobile phone services
This section provides details on all subscribed services, except TV services and products listed under Entertainment.
This section features your promotional periods. That way, you can know how much you will have to pay without discounts.
Summary – services
This is a summary of your monthly fees, one-time fees and discounts for the initial promotional period.
