No. You have to be pressing on the voice remote’s Microphone button for it to pick up a voice command. There’s nothing to worry about!
Voice command enables you to perform a wide range of operations such as browsing the Helix TV platform, searching for content, controlling and setting up your terminal, managing viewing and recording, changing channels, and launching apps. Your command can be a single word or a sentence, and you don’t have to change the way you talk.
Simply use the voice command “Help” to bring it up. You will find tips on how to view similar content, delete recordings, search for trending content, and more.
