I’ve lost my Customer Centre username

If you’re getting confused with all the login IDs for your Customer Centre and your WebMail, you can create a unique identifier and have only one username and one password to access your online services.
I did not register a contact email address in my secondary user profile
If you didn’t enter a contact email in your Customer Centre secondary user profile (in Your Account > Edit Your Profile), we won’t be able to send you your username.
You’ll have two options:
- Ask your Videotron account holder to recover it for you by following the recovery procedure explained above.
- Ask your Videotron account holder to contact Videotron Customer Service to recover it.
I have made too many failed connection attempts, and access to my Customer Centre is now blocked.
Your Customer Centre account will be blocked after five unsuccessful login attempts. This helps us protect your personal information in case of fraud. You can reset your password from the page you were redirected to.
