We’re happy to have you among our customers. Here is a tool to guide you through understanding your service agreement, section by section, to find the information you’re looking for. Note that each of your services are described in separate sections.
How to view your agreement? Your service agreement is sent to you by mail (allow 15 days for reception) or by email, following the activation or deactivation of one or more services.
If you received it by email, the confidential information contained in the agreement is protected by a password. Enter your civic number and postal code to open the document.
If you didn’t receive your agreement or believe that an error was made, contact our Customer Service.
