Understanding your telecommunications services agreement

How to view your agreement? Your service agreement is sent to you by mail (allow 15 days for reception) or by email, following the activation or deactivation of one or more services.

If you received it by email, the confidential information contained in the agreement is protected by a password. Enter your civic number and postal code to open the document.

If you didn’t receive your agreement or believe that an error was made, contact our Customer Service.

    • A Summary that covers the basics of your subscribed services, along with their features and fees
    • Part 1 — Your agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of your subscribed
    • Part 2 covers generic clauses
  2. SUMMARY

    This section provides a summary of the services you’re subscribed to. Your monthly rate, applicable discounts and monthly fees applied during the promotional period are shown here.

  3. MISCELLANEOUS FEES

    This section covers one-time fees, meaning those that are only charged once.

  4. EQUIPMENT PURCHASE

    This section covers fees tied to purchasing devices and can contain certain terms and conditions related to discounts at time of purchase.

  5. SERVICES

    The Services section provides details on the services and add-ons you're subscribed to, their associated terms and conditions as well as the monthly fees and overage charges.
