What happens if I’ve used up the 20 GB monthly or all 100 GB of bonus data?
All-Inclusive plans come with only one 100 GB of bonus data per year, per phone number, with a maximum monthly usage of 20 GB. If you need more data because you've used up the extra 20 GB free of charge in a month or have used up your 100 GB, you can switch to a plan with more monthly data or get Monthly Data Add-ons.
Can I change my mobile plan over the course of the 12 months and still keep my bonus data?
If you switch to another All-Inclusive Mobile plan, you can keep the annual bonus data. If you switch to a Mobile plan that isn’t an All-Inclusive plan, you’ll lose the 100 GB of bonus data.
If you have a 24-month agreement and you switch to a less expensive Mobile plan, fees related to the device discount may apply.
What happens to my All-Inclusive plan after 12 months?
The 100 GB of bonus data resets every year on the day you originally subscribed to the All-Inclusive plan. You can find the date on your agreement or bill.
How can I manage and track my mobile data usage?
The User Centre + app lets you track how much of the data included in your All-Inclusive plan has been used, as well as the data used from your 20 GB of monthly bonus data.
Your annual usage of the 100 GB of bonus data is displayed as a progress bar in the User Centre + app. We’ll send you a text message when you are 100 Mb from the data limit included in your All-Inclusive plan, and another once you have reached the 20 GB of monthly bonus data.
You can also sign in to the Videotron Customer Centre to monitor your data usage and manage all your Videotron Mobile Service.
Good to know
The different plans in an account are separate from one another. You can therefore have an All-Inclusive plan for some lines and not others.
