With preauthorized payment, the amount owed on your
invoice is automatically withdrawn from your bank account
or charged to your credit card on the same date each month.
There's no longer any risk of you forgetting to pay your invoice
and incurring late payment fees for no reason.
Eligibility for paper invoices
If you are aged 65 or older, do not have a Residential Internet
plan or Mobile plan with data, or are a person living with
a disability, you can ask to receive paper invoices.
