Exceeding the Internet usage limit
A small number of our subscribers exceed their monthly usage limit. It depends on your Internet use. The restrictions were put in place only to discourage overuse that clogs up the network and penalizes all customers.

Prorated charges for changing, adding and removing services
If you regularly exceed your Internet or mobile data limits, you can upgrade your plan at any time to better meet your needs.
If you make changes to one of your services, your monthly plan will be adjusted on a prorated basis for the number of days remaining until the next billing cycle.
For example, if you subscribe to a $60 mobile phone service on May 16, when your billing cycle is from May 1 to May 31, your next invoice will show $30 for the month of May and $60 for the month of June.
On Demand Movie rental fees
Illico and Helix On Demand movies and videos are billed individually and are available for a specific period of time for paid content. The price varies from content to content.
You can watch the video or movie as many times as you like during the rental period. The fees will only appear once on your invoice.
Fees for 1-900 and 1-976 numbers
1-900 and 1-976 numbers always incur costs. They should not be confused with 1-800 lines, which are toll free.
1-900 and 1-976 lines provide pay-per-call services whose cost is determined by the service provider. These services are provided by third parties; Videotron acts only as the call carrier and collecting agent.
The type of service offered varies: games, contests, government services, dating services, etc. Be careful, however, as these calls may become very costly. In all cases, the service provider must state the applicable charges at the beginning of the call.
The 1-900 and 1-976 call blocking service is available free of charge and will prevent such calls from being made on your home line. To activate this service, contact our Customer Service directly.

Directory Assistance Fees
If you use Directory Assistance (411) from your mobile or home phone and you have not subscribed to this option, the usage will be billed at $3.50 per call. Taxes not included. Certain conditions apply.
