We’re happy to welcome you as one of our new clients. To help you understand your first invoice, here is a detailed section by section example so you can easily find the information you’re looking for.

ACCOUNT NUMBER
This is your account number. You will need it to create your Customer Centre or to pay your invoice using online bank payments. If you’re also a Helix subscriber, you will receive a separate invoice with a different account number, which you can view in your Helix account. Make sure to distinguish both account numbers and match your payments to right number.

INVOICE PERIOD
This is the period for which the services are billed to you. On your first invoice, you’ll notice two billing periods: the past month and the upcoming month.
You’ll also see the Savings section, which shows your total savings including your promotional discounts. -
INFORMATION COLUMN
This is where all notices about your account will be written.

INVOICE DATE
Your invoice was created on this date.

ADJUSTMENTS AND ONE-TIME FEES
Your account’s non-recurring fees and adjustments, like installation fees and equipment purchase costs as well as discounts on these fees, if applicable.

FIRST SERVICE PERIOD
This section includes fees and discounts for your first subscription month.

EXISTING SERVICES
These are your monthly recurring fees for your service, payable a month in advance for the invoice period in the left column. All discounts you’re eligible for are in this section

SIMPLIFIED PAYMENT OPTION
If you have chosen the Simplified Payment option for your cell phone, this section provides you with the details of your mobile device purchases and payments with the balance due.
