  1. ACCOUNT NUMBER

This is your account number. You will need it to create your Customer Centre account or to pay your invoice using online bank payments. If you’re also a Helix subscriber, you will receive a separate invoice with a different account number, which you can view in your Helix account. Make sure to distinguish both account numbers and match your payments to the right number.

  2. INVOICE PERIOD

This is the period for which the services are billed to you. On your first invoice, you’ll notice two billing periods: the past month and the upcoming month. You’ll also see the Savings section, which shows your total savings, including your promotional and multiproduct discounts, as well as your free minutes between Videotron clients.

  3. INFORMATION COLUMN

This is where all notices about your account will be added.

  4. INVOICE DATE

Your invoice was created on this date.

This section includes fees and discounts for your first subscription month.

  7. EXISTING SERVICES
