Understanding my first invoice: Multi-service with Mobile

We’re happy to welcome you as one of our new clients. To help you understand your first invoice, here is a detailed section by section example so you can easily find the information you’re looking for.

Warning: Don’t forget that your first invoice includes your first two billing cycles.

  1. ACCOUNT NUMBER

    This is your account number. You will need it to create your Customer Centre or to pay your invoice using online bank payments. If you’re also a Helix subscriber, you will receive a separate invoice with a different account number, which you can view in your Helix account. Make sure to distinguish both account numbers and match your payments to right number.

  2. INVOICE PERIOD

    This is the period for which the services are billed to you. On your first invoice, you’ll notice two billing periods: the past month and the upcoming month. You will also see the Savings section, which shows your total savings including your promotional and multiproduct discounts, as wells as your free minutes between Videotron clients.

  3. INFORMATION COLUMN

    This is where all notices about your account will be written.

  4. INVOICE DATE

    Your invoice was created on this date.

  5. INVOICE SUMMARY

    Here are the different sections in your invoice:
    Adjustments and one-time fees
    The first service period
    Changes made during the invoice period
    Current services
    Pay-per-use services
    The total payable for this period

  1. INVOICE AND SERVICE DETAILS

    This section details all your services.

  2. ADJUSTMENTS AND ONE-TIME FEES

    Your account’s non-recurring fees and adjustments, like activation fees for a SIM card, installation fees and equipment purchase costs as well as discounts for these fees, if applicable.

  3. FIRST SERVICE PERIOD

    This section includes fees and rebates for your first subscription month for all your services.

  4. EXISTING SERVICES

    These are your service's monthly recurring fees, payable a month in advance for the invoice period in the left column.

  1. SERVICE DETAILS

    This section details the fees for each of your services All discounts you’re eligible for are spread across different services like Internet, cable, or any other service where applicable.

  2. SIMPLIFIED PAYMENT OPTION

    If you have chosen the Simplified Payment option for your cell phone, this section provides you with the details of your mobile device purchases and payments with the balance due.
