My first invoice
- Your first invoice is posted in My Account the day after you subscribe to Helix services.
- Your monthly billing cycle is set according to your subscription date.
- Payments are always charged on the 10th day of the billing cycle, covering all services for that month.
Example
If you get access to the service on March 18, your invoice will be posted in My Account on March 19, your billing cycle will be renewed on the 18th of each month, and payments will be charged on the 27th of each month.
Important: Fees for equipment and accessories purchased in a single payment can be found in the One-time fees section.
Good to know
If you also subscribe to Videotron services other than Helix, you will receive another invoice. Make sure to note the account numbers—located in the upper right-hand corner of the invoice—to ensure that the correct payment is associated with it. To make things easier, sign up for pre-authorized payments.

Why does my invoice seem higher?
Can’t figure out why your monthly payment isn’t the same as usual? Here are some reasons why your invoice may have changed.
First invoice
If this is your first invoice and you have chosen to pay for your equipment in a single payment, this payment is due on this first invoice.
Termination of promotions and discounts
If you were benefitting from a special offer or discount for a specific period and that period of time has ended, you will now be charged the current fees for your services. Special offer and discount details are listed on your Helix service agreement.
Do your services now seem too expensive? Take a few minutes to assess your needs.
Service change
If you have made a change to your services, such as subscribing to more TV channels, your new monthly payment may be higher as this addition begins to be billed.
Pay-per-use services
If you have used services such as Video On Demand or À la carte TV, you will be charged for each service.
Equipment purchase
If you have purchased new equipment, your next invoice will be higher since it includes the purchase costs, in one or more instalments.
Good to know
Details of unusual fees can be found under the One-time fees heading of the Details: Services and Details: Equipment sections, depending on the type of fees.
