If you subscribe to other Videotron services such as Mobility, Home Phone or illico TV in addition to Helix, you receive one invoice for your Helix services and a separate invoice for your other Videotron services. Each of these invoices is identified with an account number.
To view the balance of your Helix services, log in to My Helix Account.
To view the balance of your other services, log in to your Customer Centre.

Your first invoice
- Your first invoice is posted in My Account the day after you subscribe to the new Helix services.
- Your monthly billing cycle is set according to your subscription date. Payments are always charged on the 10th day of the billing cycle, covering all services for that month.
For example, if you get access to the service on March 18, your billing cycle will be renewed on the 18th of each month and payments will be charged on the 27th.

Both a summary and a detailed overview are provided to help you easily understand the charges on your bill. The detailed overview can include up to four distinct sections:
- Services
- Equipment and accessories
- Technician visits
- Adjustments and credits

First invoice:
Important messages section:
The messages listed here reflect the items on your invoice and important notifications on your account.
Billing date:
The date on which your Helix services were activated. Your monthly billing cycle starts on this date. May differ from the billing date of Home or Mobile Phone products, which are billed separately.
Monthly payment:
Monthly fee for all Helix services and related equipment. Unless changes are made or user fees are charged to your account, this is the amount you should be paying on a monthly basis (before tax).
One-time fees:
Initial costs associated with the one-time purchase of equipment and accessories.
Tax on equipment purchased with a payment plan:
The tax must be paid in a lump sum at the time of purchase. Videotron financing applies to the pre-tax amount, which is paid over a 24-month period.
Payment information:
Includes the next payment date and the credit card to be charged. To change this information, please contact Customer Service.
Services section:
Provides details on the services covered by the monthly payment on page 1.
This tells you what your services would cost without the subscription promotion, as well as the promotion’s end date.
Equipment and accessories section:
List of monthly and one-time fees for equipment and accessories used for Helix services. May also include one-time fees for equipment purchased in one payment.
This tells you the initial value of equipment purchased with a payment plan, the date of the final (24th) monthly instalment and the outstanding balance. This information is not provided for rentals.

The monthly payment listed here covers all services under the Helix plan. This section also shows what your services would cost without the promotion (if applicable), as well as the promotion’s end date.
Equipment and accessories section:
List of monthly and one-time fees for equipment and accessories used for Helix services.
Breakdown of equipment purchased with a payment plan:
Shows how many monthly instalments remain for equipment purchased on a 24-month plan, as well as the current balance. This section is removed once purchased equipment has been paid in full.
(Taxes already paid):
This refers to the tax on equipment purchased with a payment plan, which is paid on the first invoice.
