FAQ about the Customer Centre
When you subscribe to a Videotron service, an activation email is sent to your correspondence email address. It allows you to sign up to the Customer Centre.
You can also sign up to the Customer Centre without an activation email. See how to do it.
You must sign up to the Customer Centre before trying to log in. Once you have signed up, go to the Customer Centre login page on the Videotron website. Enter your username and password and click Sign In.
